I totally agree with you that big classes in primary school are highly challenging. Teachers need to be ready with different ways of maintaining discipline.

In my opinion, the lack of training for teachers is the most challenging factor as it directly impacts the quality of education and the ability of teachers to effectively implement new methodologies.

It is difficult to teach English in a primary school, especially when learners cannot read in their native language properly. Reading big texts is hard for a 3rd or 4th grade student.
If we talk about teaching in general, I think that lessons fot kids are more interesting and interactive than for the older students.
So, I haven't noticed any problems with discipline yet, because kids listen to the teacher more than teenagers.

Implementation of policy of early English learning around the world is affecting teachers. Teachers are facing some issues. As it is presented in the webinar of Fiona Copland and Sue Garton about
Factors influencing success in teaching English in state primary schools
these challenges include introduction of new methodology, lack of training for teachers, teachers’ proficiency in English, backwash affect of national examinations, lack of resources, large classes, and students’ lack of interest and motivation. Personally, I find teaching large classes of primary school students the most challenging compared to others as there might be issues with discipline. What do you think about it? As for you, which of the factors is the most challenging?
