Nowadays, what I see is that teachers do not have problems with lack of training webinars or seminars. They take part in a lot of them. Therefor they are familiar with new approaches. The question is: Do they implement them in their teaching process?

I think that lack of training for teachers of English in primary school is challenging. It will be helpful the methodological seminars for primary teachers. Usually young teachers teach primary students, most of them have lack of experiences.

I teach elementary English classes. Elementary school books cover heavy topics with upper grade grammars that are not up to par. There is no sound analysis in this year's 3rd grade textbook. I am doing oral analysis. The Macmillan textbook is well designed for elementary students.
