Personally, I would find teachers’ proficiency in English and lack of training for teachers the most challenging factors. These are systemic issues that directly impact the quality of teaching. If a teacher lacks confidence in their English or hasn't received adequate training in modern methodologies, their ability to deliver lessons effectively is compromised. This issue is particularly critical in rural or under-resourced areas, where opportunities for professional development may be limited.

Learn English  in an unconscious way since childhood it has numerous benefits at the cognitive, linguistic, attentional and social levels.  Young children  learn by playing. The textbook are usually colourful and attract their attention. Children enjoy listening to songs and role play

Teaching English in primary schools indeed presents many challenges, and each teacher's experience may differ based on the context and environment. Personally, I believe that the lack of resources and proper training for teachers is the most challenging factor. Without adequate resources, such as age-appropriate textbooks, teaching materials, or access to technology, it can be difficult to create an engaging and effective learning experience for young learner

In my opinion children learn English easier at primary classes. I enjoy teaching young students because they are friendly and learn by playing.

In my opinion the challenging factor is lack of teachers” training. Because primary grade students are students of gaming. In order to encourage all students teachers must be very professional and creative. They should teacher modified language, use gamification effectively, understand all learners abilities, sometimes become a student like them. 

Furthermore, some teachers think it's easy to teach primary school, however it is the most difficult task.  Because, teachers should comprehend the effective way of teaching complex structures, topics to younger children. They must be skilled.
