Reflection: effective tools to share

Lesson reflection, in my personal view, is one of the key skills of any educator because it enables us to keep track of student success, plan lessons to be given later, and fix mistakes made. Blogging is also one of the best ways for reflection, I believe, because it just flows along with our time. By blogging, educators get the opportunity to note down, analyze the application of teaching strategies, or even discuss activities with colleagues. 
Additionally, sometimes I may use a summary of lessons, which might include little notes-the so-called post-it notes-because directly after a lesson there is much insight coming up in one's head that might easily get lost and need time afterward to formulate this insight.

Moldir teacher, your information surprised me. Especially, 'mini notebook'. Of course, every lesson should not be without reflection. For me, a useful tool is 'post-its'. I have been using it for some years with most classes. It helps me to look back at the lesson plan or plan my next lesson. I have never used 'blogging,' but I am interested in it; I would like to use it.
