Creative Language Teaching: Share your success stories

Good day ! Creative language teaching is important while teaching at school.  Nowadays, we have many opportunities to make our lessons creative and interesting. If to say about my creativity I can say that in most cases I try to use interesting platforms with the tasks that interest children. It will be videos, ppt, games and so one. Also I use quizzes to check childrens’ understanding

1. Teaching English creatively can be achieved by engaging students with real-life scenarios, interactive activities, games, role-playing, and dynamic use of multimedia resources.
2. I enjoy tasks with story dice, where students roll the dice to create narratives based on the images on the cube. This method enhances vocabulary and encourages creative thinking.

Imagination is not only the basis of creativity, but also one of the ways to increase motivation to learn. One of the creative teaching techniques is to show the children one half of a photo. Let them try to guess what is depicted in the second part. I'm sure the discussion will be lively, emotional and unpredictable

Paul Collard says “Creative skills aren’t just about good ideas, they are about having the skills to make good ideas happen.” He suggests creative skills should include 5 major areas:

Imagination
Being disciplined or self-motivated.
Resiliency
Collaboration
Giving responsibility to students. Have them develop their own projects.
