Thanks, Natalya, for sharing your AR findings. It would be also lovely to know the questions you used for the survey or criteria to measure their confidence to make the research based on evidences but not assumptions. Best in your AR

I can see your point. The Action research project really assists teachers to identify problems and find their solutions through research work to help their student to succeed.

I’ve recently completed my Action Research project focused on reducing speaking anxiety in my 6th grade class, and I’m excited to share the results.Over six AR lessons, I implemented mixed-ability group work, rotating roles, and supportive speaking tasks. Step by step, students became more confident, more active, and far more willing to speak English. Even my quietest learners started contributing during group discussions. Through observation notes, student reflections, and questionnaires, I saw clear improvements not only in fluency, but also in motivation and teamwork. This AR journey has truly shown me how powerful a safe, collaborative learning environment can be.
